Love this sporting mantra, bizarrely I get mine from when I used to drum so I just count 1+2+3+4+ over and over again - gotta keep the rhythm so have to keep going!

As I run I chant 'Tight ass, flat belly!!' It helps me focus on my weight loss goal as well as my running goal :o)

lol Jane, that's exactly what I use to do, envisage a flat tummy, tiny legs, and it worked, they say, "dream it, see it, believe it, be it!!" I lost 15kg doing that lol

tonight, while my first run in the rain in about 15 years, i kept saying to myself "the only race you're running is yours - dont think about how other people work out, dont worry about them, dont feel self confident - the fact you're out there, doing your thing, is what matters"
