happy 4th to all! I got up early and was running at 5:45 this morn, so I completed the early morning run challenge!! I will be at the Southport NC 4th of July Festival today!!! Stay safe this holiday!!

Happy 4th of July!!! I ran and rode my bike this morning wearing red, white and blue! I'd love to complete any pushup (regular ones, more than 1) and pull up (I'd love to be able to do just one) challenges. It will take me awhile.

This week my challenges are: 50 crunches a day for seven days 25 squats a day for seven days 10 pushups a day for seven days Plus: Run 3 times a week for 4 weeks. While I've already completed my three runs this week, I have a personal goal to run every day this week. Get your challenge on! ;)
