After the Reading Half a few years ago - A big bbq-pulled-pork sandwich and a bottle of Thatchers Cider. I'd have settled for pork scratchings, just for the salt.

The first thing I had when I completed my first Marathon was an ice cold beer (handed out for free at the finishes village after the run). Yeah, Auckland Marathon and Steinlager.

@scottf that is becoming SUPER popular!! and it is one of my favorite after long run treats, but I try to stay away from food related treats. After I reach a goal spa pedicure feels soooooo amazing!!

Can't do treats as rewards. Despite training 6 - 11 times a week still can't shift the belly fat so feel I must be treating myself too much already! Any belly fat advice gratefully received btw.

Had my race today and after few hours of recovery, I loved some crap eating, i.e. fries, salted savories, chocolate, ice cream and now its is over. Usually I do treat myself once a week after one week's hard training...
