In all honesty Scarlett, giving an estimate of calories burnt in a workout of this caliber is pretty much impossible - as they are all body weight movements, people who carry extra weight will be having to work against higher resistance, it also depends on the speed at which you perform each movement - calorie estimates are a total nightmare to be honest! If you take on the workout and feel your heart rate increasing, getting out of breath and breaking a sweat, then it's definitely 15minutes well spent!

Hey Katie .... think of a sumo wrestler stance. Your feet should be wider than shoulders width apart, toes pointed out and knees over the toes. Hope that makes sense !

@tizianag - it's not one to do every day as it is high intensity reps on your legs but 3-4 times a week would give you stronger legs!

@suzannad if you do it around 3-4 times a week then you're not too likely to get overuse issues and have time to recover. As you get used to the workout, try adding in weights (like kettlebells for example) to really feel the benefit of the workout!

On the wall squat I read it as 50-one second wall squats. My friends are reading it as One - 50 second wall squat. Can someone tell me who is right?
