Hands down the Set your running goal in September. The goal of 70 km was absolutely reasonable, but after an unexpected but totally welcomed week with my boyfriend, I was badly behind and had to make a monumental 16+ km running interval on the day before the deadline. I literally crawled up the stairs afterwards.

Improve your core strength, improve your running endurance

Core strength is often neglected when you're busy putting the miles in on the road, but for many runners, if they focused on core workouts twice a week, they'd notice an improvement in their running.

I have to say Tour de Tribesports has to be my toughest challenge so far, I was so determined to get as many Km's out as possible and I did logging 1902.45km over the 3 weeks and winning the top prize I never knew I could cycle so much before this challenge although not sure I would be able to do it again.

Which charities do you currently fund-raise for?

50 Rep Workout: Ready to sweat?

Ready to give it your all with the Give Me 50 workout?Give me 50 push-ups, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, crunches squats

This is a tough, quick and intense workout which will work your entire body, combining the resistance and power body weight moves like push-ups and squats with the cardio, heart-rate raising exerices of jumping jacks and mountain climbers. Finish that off with a nice neat 50 crunches and you've got yourself a workout!

Loretta ProfileWhich Tribesports Challenge has been your toughest and which are you most proud of?
