Toughest Tribesports challenge would have to be the 1500 Jump Up Burpees in a week challenge. These were full burpees with jump and press up. I was determined to take this alongside my normal training, so had to complete them before and after workouts. I can honestly say at the end of that week I was truly knackered! The exercise everyone loves to hate!

Strength & Stability Workout: Perfect for Cyclists
