Physically and mentally the toughest challenge for me would have been the Complete a Duathlon 4km run/30km cycle/4km run.  I was so excited to complete it, I've never pushed myself to even attempt something like that before.  I thought about it all week and knew Saturday morning April 26th would be the day.  I woke up early and ready to kick butt.  I wasn't sure how I'd do on the last 4km so I took it easy on...

12,500 Push Ups in a month has been the toughest and most gratifying challenge.  I started the month with a set plan of  420 push ups a day but quickly realized it would be better to over shoot the number to allow for rest days.  

5 minute Plank was a killer. For a long time I could only get a few seconds past the 2 minute mark till my body wanted to collapse.  

30 days with out chocolate was another tough...

Work Place Workouts - Could you get your team exercising at work?

Here at Tribesports HQ we have a tradition which goes back to the very beginning of the company; at 11am and 4pm we down tools (well, we stand up from our desks) and choose a Challenge to complete.

If you're sat at a desk all day, there are many benefits to taking an exercise break either as an office team or just as an individual activity. Raising your heart rate during your working day is a much more productive break than putting the kettle on - but the two activities don't have to be mutu...
