What has been your toughest Tribesports Challenge and which are you most proud of?

On the second of January, we promoted the One Giant Leap for Mankind, One Small Step for Tribesports Challenge. At the time, the team of fitness astronauts had covered just over 40,000km since the Challenge was created on 25th August 2012.
With almost an eighth of the journey done, the deadline of the 25th August 2013 was seeming a little tricky; could we make up the numbers in time?

Former user of the week Claire L has had a tough year, she's been raising money through sport for the Macmillan Cancer foundation in support of her mum who is currently going through a tough battle with cancer.

Which Challenge have you found to be the toughest and which are you most proud of?
It's gotta be the 2000 crunches in a single day Challenge. I broke it down in chunks mostly of 500 crunches. That wasn't too hard but my abs hurt a lot for a few days. It was a big challenge to keep going but my abs are an important muscle group for rowing and they need to get stronger. I like abs exercises and continue doing them as much as I can.

Ben G is one of our Tribesports users with some truly unique accomplishments; ocean rowing over the Atlantic and more recently taking on the English Channel:
Rowing (or to be more precise sculling – where each rower has 2 oars) in a quad across the English Channel from Dover in the UK to Sangatte in France. It is 36km as the crow flies – with tides we ended up rowing 39km:
It is the busiest shipping lane in the world so it is probably the equivalent of trying to cross the M25 on your bike...
