This is the king of all push-ups and the ultimate strength challenge. The one arm alternating push-up requires far more strength and balance than the standard two arms push-up. It is especially good for those of you looking for muscle gains in your chest, shoulders and triceps or for those looking to for more variation in their workout. The challenge is to get videoed completing 10 alternating press- ups – and believe me this is not easy! Strength and stamina are required for any one brave enough to attempt this and be sure to check this video out for inspiration (You need to find a clip as my you tubes still playing up)...... No pain, no gain!!!

Adriano R 20 one arm push ups. 10 each arm. right arm is feeling weaker then left. must work on that.
