The burpee is a full body exercise used in strength training and as aerobic exercise. In addition to muscle-building, the Burpee will enhance weight-loss and build great cardiovascular endurance.
It is also a military fitness and cross-fit staple so you know it won't be easy, but you know it will be worth it!
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
