I am trying this now...a 10-day meal plan I found in a popular fitness magazine. Try this plan for 10 days to lose 5-10 lbs. or to burn that little extra fat to reveal your abs. Low-carb days are tough for me, but knowing that the next day I can have a hight amount of carbs makes it manageable! Good luck and share your results!
