On a trampoline (preferably an Olympic sized one), preform 10 nice, controlled pike jumps.
To preform a pike jump, start from standing, jump, bring your legs straight up to your chest, reach for any part of your legs from the knee cap below, keep toes pointed. At the top of your bounce snap back into a straight line. Finish by landing on the centre area of the bed. Remember your arm sets.
