I'm trying real hard to do a regular pushup but its just not working.

I suggest trying variations of modifed, then trying regular.  Wall push ups, knee push ups, things like that.  Then try 1 regular push up at a time.  It will come.

A common it's only 10, start on your knees if you want, but I'll bet you'll soon be able to do 10 full push ups in a row. Good luck!

When to hit the complete button?

I'm new at this do I  have to hit the complete button everyday I do this exercise or is it when I have finished the 7 days?

You are done when you have completed whatever the requirements are, so if it says 7 days, then on the 7th day you can hit complete

Sore arms

Melissa, start on your knees trying to keep your back straight from the base of your neck through your knees (just as in a plank) and head up. Lower yourself and push up slow and controlled. If you can't manage that version, try standing up against a wall....

Don't give up.  It willl come in time.  Do them as you can, 5,3 heck even 1 at a time.  Just do them.  You are BUILDING the muscles that will let you do them easily.  It's a progression and will take time just hang in there!!!

Just wondered why it is easier if you don't keep your feet together?  If my feet are about shoulder width apart it seems easier...but is this cheating???  If anyone could help I'd love to know!  ~Thanks

agreed, feet together is harder.. Try 10 tricep or hands close, no breaks, 10 regular , no breaks, 10 clap push ups.... 30 push ups here, 5 sets... rest 1 minute intervals... work out should b complete  inside 14 mins max..
