Instead of doing 10 regular pushups, would it be OK if I did 10 female pushups with clapping in between? I hope everybody knows what I mean :) Not that I wouldn't be able to do 10 regular pushups in one go, I just like a bit of variety :)

I agree. Definitely full push-ups. If you can't do that yet, what you should do is inclined push-ups instead of the knee push-ups. Then gradually decrease the incline as you progress, until eventually you reach the floor.

You are done when you have completed whatever the requirements are, so if it says 7 days, then on the 7th day you can hit complete
