Challenge is to do 100 crunches, whatever variety every day for 7 days.

- 7 days have to be continous - no days off
- You don't have to do 100 in one go per day - you can take a break.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
