I find that working your way slowly up to a goal is the best way to get there so this is perfect for anyone who would like to do 100 push ups in one go but do not yet have enough strength and endurance.

“I'm still burning after these ones, I can normally do 2 sets of 50 but all in one go was a challenge but one I would gladly try again!! These are good for me at the moment with my injured ankle plus I feel like my arms will be ready for full ones once I'm healed!! Awesome challenge!!”
