  1. Every day for a week do 100 KB swings
  2. Better if you do the whole lot at once during the day, but you can break it up as needed (2 x 50 etc)

Rich O 100 kettlebell swings a day for a week Challenge

Rich O Finished my 5th day @ work doing 100 swings during lunch w/20 lbs. and 2 days at home using 30 lbs. I'm going to lay down on the floor now..lol....what doesn't challenge doesn't change you
