- Hold the bridge position for 100 minutes in any one calendar month.
- Minutes done for other challenges DO count for this one.
- If you've done this before you hit "Take" it doesn't count. Do it again.
- If you hit "Take" in the middle of the month and you've been bridging those minutes DO count.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
