100 Squats In A Row! Challenge rules

  1. Must go down to the point where you can place a cup on your leg without it falling.
  2. Back must be streight.
  3. Arms must be exactly in front of you.
  4. Feet must be shoulder-width
  5. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
