Challengers must complete 100 slow perfect squats in a row in order to claim the sweet taste of victiory. WARNING: Legs will burn and you will feel stronger.
100 Squats In A Row! Challenge rules
- Must go down to the point where you can place a cup on your leg without it falling.
- Back must be streight.
- Arms must be exactly in front of you.
- Feet must be shoulder-width
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
