100 Squats In A Row! Challenge rules
- Must go down to the point where you can place a cup on your leg without it falling.
- Back must be streight.
- Arms must be exactly in front of you.
- Feet must be shoulder-width
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Marce B The 25 and 30 squat sessions set me up for this one. 100 in front of the TV watching Italy go 1-0 up in Euro 12 this evening.
