10k Rope Jumping per day for 10 days Challenge rules
- Do 4 sets of 2500 each in a gap of 4 hrs.
- Each set should be completed in 30 minutes.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
