Not sure if this is the name of this but here goes! Start Standing position, drop do one push up,
Stand again, drop again and 2 push ups, Stand..drop 3 push ups...stand..repeat! Go hard go fast! post your time!

Does it mean hold a plank from standing position until your hands hit the ground?

Ryan B Ugh, lot of challenges with this exact same exercise all of a sudden. I think I did 30 already today. Don't have it in me to do any more.
Paris F 9:13. I had to take some breaks no longer than 45 seconds to keep going, especially after 11.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
