Jason W answered the question I am confused by the drop part - what does drop mean?
"Drop" is military jargon for "move quickly from a standing position to the beginning position for push-ups."
Does it mean hold a plank from standing position until your hands hit the ground?
Azucena M encouraged this.
Giorgio C encouraged this.
Ryan B Ugh, lot of challenges with this exact same exercise all of a sudden. I think I did 30 already today. Don't have it in me to do any more.
Paris F 9:13. I had to take some breaks no longer than 45 seconds to keep going, especially after 11.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
