1500 Crunches in a Calendar Month

As it says, do 1500 crunches in one calendar month. ALL crunches (not situps) done in the month count. Only crunches done in the month you hit "Take" or a month after count. If you've done it before then do it again.

1500 Crunches in a Calendar Month Challenge rules

  1. Complete 1500 crunches in one calendar month.
  2. All crunches done in that month count, even if you did them before hitting "Take".
  3. Only crunches perfomed in the month you are designating the target month count. Nothing counts from months prior to hitting "Take".
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
