As it says, do 1500 crunches in one calendar month. ALL crunches (not situps) done in the month count. Only crunches done in the month you hit "Take" or a month after count. If you've done it before then do it again.
1500 Crunches in a Calendar Month Challenge rules
- Complete 1500 crunches in one calendar month.
- All crunches done in that month count, even if you did them before hitting "Take".
- Only crunches perfomed in the month you are designating the target month count. Nothing counts from months prior to hitting "Take".
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
