About a month or so, not long. It's about keeping yourself distracted whilst your doing it. I play a game on my phone, that's a good method :0)

But I tried every night and morning and today - this morning I can say I completed it. My legs were burning but I stuck it through. Thanks for the challenge

Vylisa A 2 Minute Wall Squat Challenge
This was so much harder than I was expecting. I can do a minute no problem, but about 1:18 I started to really feel it and by 1:35 I was gritting my teeth! Finished it though and will take on 3 minutes next.
