30 done, each leg
This is an exercise to build strengh in the calves. You can use something to keep balance, the back of a chair is good for this.
2 sets of 15 calf raises on each leg. Challenge rules
“I thought this was pretty easy but doing it on one leg at a time is a bit harder than both legs at once. I plan to do more calf raises with time because I consider it to be an important strength building exercise for running. ”

Gregory C I did it, not too tough and its kind of a shame this isn't for a longer period of time. However I'm already doing another Calf Raises challenge of 25 raises on each leg so I could just as easily add 5 to each set or more.
Angela R Done Sept 16.

Follow these steps to perform this exercise:
Stand on the edge of a step.
Or, if you have a step-aerobics platform, place two sets of risers underneath the platform.
Stand tall with your abdominals pulled in, the ball of your foot firmly...
