20 crunches a day for 7 days Challenge rules
- Simple, complete 20 crunches in one go per day for 7 consecutive days

“I was having a hard time doing the 30 day workouts. I would start out strong then because of allergies and the crazy weather I would get sick and have to stop. I found these week challanges and thought it would be best to start small then work up to it. It really helped a lot. I'm going to incorporate this and the other week challanges I have just completed into my daily workout”
