20 crunches a day for 7 days Challenge rules
 Simple, complete 20 crunches in one go per day for 7 consecutive days

“I was having a hard time doing the 30 day workouts. I would start out strong then because of allergies and the crazy weather I would get sick and have to stop. I found these week challanges and thought it would be best to start small then work up to it. It really helped a lot. I'm going to incorporate this and the other week challanges I have just completed into my daily workout”

Mark H Did this for about three and a bit weeks straight with a minimum of 3 x 20, then missed a couple of days so I though I'd have to start over again, then I realized it was for a week not a month...so I guess I managed to do it after all
