Crunches on the floor - pah! For a seriously difficult workout, that needs both balance, core strength and incredible determination, do head stand crunches instead. Also a popular yoga pose, a crunch is determined as lowering the legs down from the vertical hand stand postion, and then raising them again. You can find a good example of how to do them here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtEn8Rvdfvs. Challenge is to do 20 of them in one go!
