This push up challenge is more of a marathon than a sprint and requires consistent pace, unlike the monthly accumulator challenges, if you slip up once and forget, it's back to square one. I do 100 jumping jacks a day along with the pushups. Everyday i add more jumping jacks.

This was my firs time doing dragon push ups so the bend into arms was just above half way but they were so hard! So I had to do a different set of push ups to complete this day. #trainhardandshort

I have had to do normal push ups today as my shoulders are extremely sore from doing incline push ups and Diamond push ups :( and I need them to get better quick do that I can carry on!

I had a quick 10 second rest in between my 20 push ups because I not quite strong enough to complete all 20 in one go in Diamond form ...... But I can do 20 Diamond push ups altogether so I must be getting close to be being able to do all 20 in one go.

Talk about an arm wake up call! This is the firs time in a week that I have done any sort I arm work because I am on holiday
