20 push-ups every day for seven days Challenge rules
- 20 push-ups a day without stopping. You can do it!
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
“First few days were a struggle had to rest at (15) but kept going and stuck it out and by day (7) I didnt need to rest I could do all (20). So if I can do it everyone can do it, just gotta hang in there and not quit, keep telling yourself you can do it because you can.”
