- Do 25 situps in one go
- Feel free to stop for breath if you need to in the up position.
- Make sure to take the 7th day and not do any work on those same muscle groups. Let them recover.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
