Its a very good abdominal exercise that focuses on obliques along with upper abs.A great work-out!
3 sets of Mixed crunches Challenge rules
- Light warm up and stretching required before attempting the challenge.
- One normal crunch followed by one right sided crunch followed by one left sided crunch makes 1 repetition
- 3 sets of 15 such repetitions to be done.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“Since I'm so fat it's hard for me to get my shoulders off the floor much for the basic crunch. I did feel it in my upper abs. The obiques were easier for me to do.”
