The end of the month is coming up so this challenge is date related 30/4 - just do 4 sets of 30 reps before midnight on 30/4 - you may complete anytime before then. Do anything you like - hop, skip, jump, push, pull, just do it! You may repeat the same exercise 4 times or you may do 4 different exercises. You may even do 2/2 or 3/1. Remember to post what you did for the challenge to be complete.
30/4 Challenge rules
- Do 30 reps of any general fitness exercise x 4 sets
- Must be completed by midnight on 30th April 2013 but may be finished any time before that.
- You must post whatever you did to achieve completion of the challenge
- You may do the same exercise 4 times or any combination of exercises so long as there are 30 reps x 4 sets

Teresa D excelled myself today- 360 squats- 50 jumping jacks-60 lunges-310 push ups- 300 sit ups-80 crunches-110 chair dips-110 leg raises + boxing, shuttle runs, skipping x weights - oh why am i still a fatty? lol ;os think i have earned this challenge , if i say so myself!
