Kristin B 30 day ab challenge Challenge

Contributorgold Kristin B 16/30 Epic Fail! I made it to 27 on sit ups and pulled a muscle. Never pulled something in my abs. Ouch and worse yet, I realized when I got upstairs that I had filled my spreadsheet out incorrectly and today was supposed to be a rest day. Drats! Challenge over for now:( Secretly happy because this was taking it's toll on me.

Thanks MJ! I am a little bummed about this one, but honestly I am not sure I could have made it to the end and still have done other challenges. Thanks again:)
