Cathy S 30 day ab challenge Challenge

Cathy S okay, how do you do a sit up vs a crunch (I think I know but just asking) and what about the leg raises?

As far as I can tell, a sit-up is fully raising your upper torso, while a crunch is more of a semi-sit-up that you hold for a little bit; with the crunch you feel your abdominal muscles tense more than in a sit-up.
