This 30 day regime even gives you rest days to ensure that you can recover and let your body adjust to the exercises, and avoid any injuries.

Kristin B 16/30 Epic Fail! I made it to 27 on sit ups and pulled a muscle. Never pulled something in my abs. Ouch and worse yet, I realized when I got upstairs that I had filled my spreadsheet out incorrectly and today was supposed to be a rest day. Drats! Challenge over for now:( Secretly happy because this was taking it's toll on me.
