Marrian A I have reduced 2.5kg within last two weeks. I am trying to do 20 minutes workout daily or 5 days in a week. I am just following some simple workouts from, tribe sports. a) 20-Back ward Hand swings, b) 20- lungs, c) 20- simple warm up jupms, d) 10- frog jumps, e) 15/20- begginer push ups, f) 20- kris kros legs for abbs, g) 20- crunches, h) 20/30-situps, i) 1+1=2 monutes side planks... :D
