Just follow the instructions shown on the calendar. For the lunges, any variation counts. A video on how to perform bridge pulses is included below. For added challenge add a towel or small ball between your legs and squeeze inner thighs together as you pulse.

Amanda L I think I'm 4 days behind now and I'm leaving for a mini vacation very early tomorrow morning. Thinking about quitting this challenge for now. Opinions please!
