This challenge will help you to hold the plank pose from 20 seconds to 5 minutes in 30 days! Plank exercises are a popular element of isometric training, which involves contracting your muscles against stationary resistance. It will work you upper abs, your lower abs, your obliques and your lower back. You will feel your core getting stronger. It is hard, it works your entire body, but the results are noticeable!

Skye G Im on day 7 did my 50 second plank today :) but just wanting to clarify. ....is it just the one plank a day ? Like 1 x 20 second plank day 1 ? 1×50 second plank on day 7 etc?? I hope so cause thats all ive been doing! Cheers and happy planking
Mark H Got involved with the 1 minute challenge as well and forgot about this one... on day 6 of the 1-minute challenge so after tomorrow it's time to push the limits and see if I can get up to and passed the 2 minute barrier this week
Amanda C decided to start over..not completing like a want, but doing equal in bridge as well..maybe that will help 1/30

Amanda C took a day rest yesterday(i kno i know suppose to be by the schedule)needed to but I completed day of 10/30
Amanda C 9 1/2 i couldn't to day..my arms and back after proper push ups..lol I'm not done..only able to do it in sets..I will try again tomorrow
