30 Dumbbell Woodchops Per Set

Do 30 dumbbell woodchops in each set. Do 3-4 sets for each sides.

Stand straight.
Hold the dumbbell high (full length stretch) over your head with both of your hands. (10lbs of weight)
Swing with force to your side, to your left or to your right.
Lower your body a bit as you make your swing.

Note: Imagine you're chopping down a huge tree. And make sure to add a powerful force.
