  1. This will massively benefit your health, and can do the same for others, so tell them
  2. Log your details to encourage each other to get this done
  3. You are allowed some days off - illness, when life gets in the way - but not too many!
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
