This Challenge is a lifestyle pledge – are you committed to say that you’re active and where possible will do 30 minutes of exercise every day – be it a lot or a little – it doesn’t matter
"Getting active, and staying active is the single best thing you can do for your health.” Andrew Murray
Best still there are a million and one ways to get some exercise, take this Challenge, tell your friends and family about it, and get them to do it as well
This video brilliantly explains the benefits http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUaInS6HIGo
30 minutes Activity Every Day for a Year Challenge rules
- This will massively benefit your health, and can do the same for others, so tell them
- Log your details to encourage each other to get this done
- You are allowed some days off - illness, when life gets in the way - but not too many!
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“Took this a bit more than a year ago, and decided to carry the challenge on to account for some illness(and then forgot to press complete, tut!) Excellent challenge, and a really good one to stick with. My TS logging is rather behind at the moment, but I'm doing this pretty much everyday still. ”
