30 push ups in one set is a decent level of fitness to achieve if you are doing them all properly.

Build up to thirty by breaking your push up sets down into 3 sets of ten, with shorter and shorter breaks, followed by 2 sets of 15, before eventually going for all thirty push ups in one go.

Contributorbronze Jenni W is it bad that because of the space i had today, and it being the first day that i did my push ups against the wall? either way just got done doing them and can totally feel the burn in my muscles; there is only up from here!

Smithy . 30 push-ups in one go Challenge

Contributorsilver Smithy . Yep, Not sure how I would go but I did 30 straight off....I couldn't have done that last year because I lost a lot of my upper body strength. Pleased with my progress just be doing a few extra exercises each day.

Cindy H 30 push-ups in one go Challenge

Contributorbronze Cindy H I got to 18 yesterday morning!..note to self- doing the 7min plank workout is not complementing to the push-up challenge..(my shoulders really felt that)- I'll get there soon though!

It was a whole plank workout.. not one solid plank (I wish!) but I have got up to a 4 min one..perhaps 7 is just around the corner! lol

ahaha.. yes 7 will definitely be a mark of core strength.. but hey 4 mins is really good too..I've yet to reach ther.. I wish you luck :)
