Use to play a football when I was younger and had to stop due to an injury, just 2 years ago got fed up of being unfit and over weight so I joined a gym lost a lot of weight and got fitter now want to push my self with new challenges.
2015 goals are to keep active each day by running, walking, cycling, weights and stretching....Depending how my body goes, I would love to do another marathon this year. So early to bed, early to rise and early to run :))
