Stand up straight Slowly raise /lower your heel . balancing your body weight on the ball of only one foot. Then switch sides.
4 sets 20 Calf raises a day for 8 weeks - 56 days Challenge rules
- FrequencyDo 15 to 20 repetitions of this exercise per set.
- Repeat until you've completed 3 to 4 sets
- To further increase difficulty, try doing your sets with a ten pound dumbbell in each hand.
