Stand up straight Slowly raise /lower your heel . balancing your body weight on the ball of only one foot. Then switch sides.

  1. FrequencyDo 15 to 20 repetitions of this exercise per set.
  2. Repeat until you've completed 3 to 4 sets
  3. To further increase difficulty, try doing your sets with a ten pound dumbbell in each hand.
