Most of us drink soda. Some are even addicts ! Do you know the extent to which drinking carbonated, caffeinated, sugared, or artificially sweetened beverages harms your body? Giving up soft drinks can be one of the best things you can do to improve your health. This is a mental challenge and to complete it, you need to cut soda drinks (diet or not) from you diet for 4 full weeks.

- No soda drinks for 4 weeks.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

I thought this was going to be easy. After a couple weeks I have found that pop makes an appearance in my life a lot more than originally thought!
Jenny J Showed up to a work meeting where pizza, cookie cake, and pop were provided. I took one of the cups and just got tap water. Proud moment.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
