Most of us drink soda. Some are even addicts ! Do you know the extent to which drinking carbonated, caffeinated, sugared, or artificially sweetened beverages harms your body? Giving up soft drinks can be one of the best things you can do to improve your health. This is a mental challenge and to complete it, you need to cut soda drinks (diet or not) from you diet for 4 full weeks.
4 weeks without soda drinks Challenge rules
- No soda drinks for 4 weeks.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“This challenge was quite easy really because I'm not a big fizzy drinks drinker anyway. So maybe I should have chose something a little more challenging. Good luck though to anyone who is just starting this.”

Jorge M I commited to this an actually forgot to press 'complete'. I've been 12 weeks without them and keep counting. I noticed there are more healthier and yummier options. I'll keep doing this.
