Giving up soft drinks can be one of the best things you can do to improve your health. This is a mental challenge and to complete it, you need to cut soda drinks (diet or not) from you diet for 4 full weeks.

Headaches are caffeine withdrawal for sure. If you want to avoid the caffeine then weaning yourself off it is the only way. If you want to give up the soda but are happy with the caff then switch to coffee or tea. ...

A can of off brand soda has 35mg sodium, 41g carbs, 41g sugar and 21mg caffeine. I have read so many different views on the subject but should I be getting any of these values from another source?
