4 weeks without soda drinks

Most of us drink soda. Some are even addicts ! Do you know the extent to which drinking carbonated, caffeinated, sugared, or artificially sweetened beverages harms your body? Giving up soft drinks can be one of the best things you can do to improve your health. This is a mental challenge and to complete it, you need to cut soda drinks (diet or not) from you diet for 4 full weeks.

I'm a big water drinker myself and don't find giving up soda all that difficult. Hubby does though, so I do find myself tempted to take "just a sip" of his every now and again. Good luck to you Damian in your 5-day soda fast!
