Most of us drink soda. Some are even addicts ! Do you know the extent to which drinking carbonated, caffeinated, sugared, or artificially sweetened beverages harms your body? Giving up soft drinks can be one of the best things you can do to improve your health. This is a mental challenge and to complete it, you need to cut soda drinks (diet or not) from you diet for 4 full weeks.
4 weeks without soda drinks Challenge rules
- No soda drinks for 4 weeks.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
“I am feeling so proud of myself...and totally amazed at finishing this challenge!! I have been an intense Diet Coke drinker for many years and haven't had any soda for 4 weeks!! Many times during this challenge I thought to myself, "..today is the day I will break...I will have a DC today for sure!" BUT NEVER DID!! Feelin' psyched!!”

Cassandra I This is going so great for me! My first week was terrible, I thought I was going to break and just drink a whole 2 liter, but no! I feel awesome without it and haven't craved it yet! # more weeks left!

Beth H Going strong this is my last week for this Challenge, almost caved was craving a pepsi the other day but thank goodness that I do not buy pop or have any in the house!! So no pop for me!!
