Most of us drink soda. Some are even addicts ! Do you know the extent to which drinking carbonated, caffeinated, sugared, or artificially sweetened beverages harms your body? Giving up soft drinks can be one of the best things you can do to improve your health. This is a mental challenge and to complete it, you need to cut soda drinks (diet or not) from you diet for 4 full weeks.

Missy F Starting this today since I had a grad party this weekend and had soda and alcohol !!!
Lisa B I finished this challenge months ago and can't remember the last time I drank soda. Well, yesterday (father's day) some Mountain Dew was sitting there and decided to have some. I took one drink and that was it for me. I had to dump it out. I have been either drinking water, lemon water or tea-hot or iced. I hated to have it in my mouth! And, I have felt so much better without it. This challenged kick started great decision making on my part.

Ayesha M I picked the worst weekend ever to give up my one soda vice (redbull), back to back double shifts all weekend, but I've done it. Just goes to show, you don't really need it! 3/28
