Most of us drink soda. Some are even addicts ! Do you know the extent to which drinking carbonated, caffeinated, sugared, or artificially sweetened beverages harms your body? Giving up soft drinks can be one of the best things you can do to improve your health. This is a mental challenge and to complete it, you need to cut soda drinks (diet or not) from you diet for 4 full weeks.

- No soda drinks for 4 weeks.

Maggie J It has been 3 days and I a craving pop soo much. I have been good though and I was a big pop drinker. Hopefully this keeps up

Nathalie K answered the question Is there a supplement that will give you the effects of soda? I know there are caffine pills, but I am unsure if that is the only "up" feeling you get from the drinks.
What's the point in not drinking soda's if you still need the 'up' feeling. The 'up' feeling is created to make you addicted to the soda producing companies :0(
