In the past several years I have become much more inactive than I once was. For my children and myself, I am looking to get back into shape. I enjoy many types of sports, most of them outside. Soccer is my favorite and I played for 8 years of my life.
Love all sports, running, racquet ball, soccer, baseball, boot amp, yoga, all fitness classes, and just started weights.
I started running about 3 years ago because walking seemed to slow. I'm by no means a fast runner but I do give it my all. I've participated in six 5k runs (25.46 mins to 37 mins) and two Runners World summer streak challenges. I just love to run.
