I've been running for 4 years, but never regularly. Best time on 10km: 00:44:36. This year i decided to start train hard and not only running. So I started madbarz (5 time per week) but now I'm doing freeletics (1 training 06.10.14).

I love running and hitting the gym. My goals aren't really distance oriented, but I love sprinting.
Love baseball and my family. Hockey keeps my active in the winter. Workout at home with my TRX and Select Tech Bowflex weghts. Running clears my head and keeps me healthy.
Don't really do sports, But I like staying in shape. Running, weight lifting, swimming, yoga, I like how I feel after a good bit of exercise.
I am starting to go to the gym, i have four months, never miss a day, trying to get more muscle mass, i have notice some good result but i haven´t reached my goal yet. i also play basketball everyday i like this sport, but my favorite is tennis
