400 Body weight squats a day for a MONTH

Body weight squats work your glutes, legs and core. Squats are a cornerstone of strength training and body weight resistance is a great place to start building strength.
Do 400 bodyweight squats a day for a month, you can only rest on weekends (if absolutely necessary). Make sure to use proper form to avoid injuries!
