50 Kick-Ups a day - for 7 days

A really good way to improve your touch in football is to practice kick-ups. Make sure you are using both feet and other body parts as well (thighs, head, chest etc). Doing this everyday will certainly increase your ability and if you can do more - go for it! Just make sure the ball doesn't hit the ground!

50 Kick-Ups a day - for 7 days Challenge rules

  1. It has to be in one go - can't take breaks!
  2. Ball can't touch the floor, otherwise you must start again.
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
