As a bodyweight exercise available to anyone who wants to strengthen their chest, shoulders arms and core, push ups are a staple exercise in fitness programs all across the world.
Take this challenge if you have completed the 40 push ups challenge and are looking for your next challenge, or if you think you can do 50 push ups without hitting 40 first.
