“I started about 2months ago doing 3 sets of 20 pushups every morning along with situps and crunches. Now I am doing 3 sets of 50 pushups every morning along with the situps and crunches. Amazing how quickly you can build up from 20 to 50 in one set!”

Steve M I just cranked out 50 pushups. I started with 3 sets of 20 pushups - or press ups, and I feel good. I feel pretty happy with my self. Now, I will continue with the 3 sets of 35. My goal is 125 a day.
