Adriano R 10 push ups a minute for 100 minutes was the original goal as I was setting up for this challenge. Pushups 10x100 but had to stop after round 57 totaling 570 push ups. Which so happens to be more than enough for this challenge.
Do 500 PUSH UPS in 1 hr and always remember to stretch before and after this or any other workout. good luck.... Do 100 STANDARD, 100 WIDE, 100 DIAMONDS, 100 MILITARY, 100 DECLINE PUSH UPS.

“my approach was about pacing myself. I downloaded an interval timer for my iPhone and set it for 60 rounds of 1 minute and every time it chimed I did 10 push ups and rested the rest of the minute so as to ensure I didn't burn myself out. ”
