This is a basic challenge to walk, jog or run 5k in a single day - outside. Do it all at once or break it up into 2 outings. Don't forget to stretch!
5k in a Day Challenge rules
- Walk, run or jog 5k, either all at once or split into 2 outings in the same day.
- Stretch before and after.
- Make sure you do this outside and not on a treadmill!
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Damian B Have done this so many times this year but will complete tomorrow by adding a little extra walking into my day.

Jennifer R First 5k of the fall racing season done on Saturday--26.22 minutes and 2nd place in my age category...I will take it!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
