This is a basic challenge to walk, jog or run 5k in a single day - outside. Do it all at once or break it up into 2 outings. Don't forget to stretch!
5k in a Day Challenge rules
- Walk, run or jog 5k, either all at once or split into 2 outings in the same day.
- Stretch before and after.
- Make sure you do this outside and not on a treadmill!
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Gem W Did this today... it was pretty brutal, but I toughed it out!! 3.32 miles!! O_o Terrible time, but the fact that I did it is what I'm proud of!!
