5k in a Day Challenge rules

  1. Walk, run or jog 5k, either all at once or split into 2 outings in the same day.
  2. Stretch before and after.
  3. Make sure you do this outside and not on a treadmill!
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
