Since there are a lot of people who were able to finish 50 push ups in one go this is the next challenge... If you want to make this challenge a little harder, try putting your feet on top of a sofa/chair....
60 Push ups in on set Challenge rules
- 60 push ups in a row with no breaks
- Make sure you do this with proper form and breathing

Marianne O Been stuck in the 50s range for a few weeks. I've added planks and static pushups to my workout so maybe that will build my strength and get me to 60 +!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
