This is the follow-up Challenge to the "50 Sit Ups a Day for 7 Days" Challenge. This is a very straight-forward Challenge, with only a few simple rules.
75 Sit-Ups a Day for 7 Days Challenge rules
- Do no more than 3 sets, total; for example 25 x 3 or 30+25+20
- No stopping during sets
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
