Does anyone have a special programme to recommend?For example,one month training schedule,or 2,three mmonths doesnt matter. Any kind of advice is appreciated :)
You can start with the plan Jim posted. Also, when you do regular Squats in your trainings, you can finish with some Wall Squat, even if it's just 1min or 2min separated.
