90 day before/after photo challenge

This Challenge starts when you post a current picture of yourself and ends 90 days later when you post the results picture, show everyone your progress!

BONUS: Post day 30 and day 60 pictures.

90 day before/after photo challenge Challenge rules

  1. Pictures must be taken facing the camera, relaxed, no angles to make yourself look better. You can add a photo with a different angle as a bonus.
  2. Must be shirtless if male.
  3. Wear pants/shorts.
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Elmarie D 90 day before/after photo challenge Challenge

Contributorgold Elmarie D Ok, I have started 2014 very badly. I exercised on and off due to: day to day responsibilities and for the first time in my life I just was not in the mood to exercise and I think this was due to boredom with my programs and the fact that I have no training partner. But it stops today.

I have to praise myself a little as well as I have stick to a healthy eating habit. I consume only 1500 calories a day. I do not look too bad fully clothed because I am tall. Wearing a swimsuit is a totally different story!!!!

So, what am I going to do differently? I discovered a lot of interesting exercise videos on you tube and I am starting with Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 days Week 1 video on Monday 5 May 2014. Jillian is one of my favourite trainers.
I have one fitness goal to achieve in the next 90 days and it is to decrease my body fat % from 25.6% to 15%.

My day 1 starts tomorrow 5 May 2014 and I will post my first picture on the 90 day before/after photo challenge. I will update my body stats weekly.

Crista A 90 day before/after photo challenge Challenge

Contributorgold Crista A I wont be posting a photo exactly after 90 days because iv been out of Tribesports due to reasons such as doing an operation, trying to manage a deadline for my Thesis, Work etc...but From the last photo that I Posted.. I am going to post a photo from the Beginning when i took the first photo on the 7th of February compared with a recent photo of yesterday and one taken in May compared with a photo taken 6days ago...then its up to you to notice if there is any difference or no :)))!

but with some motivation and determination ull succeed.... for me last yr i started the first few months training and eating healthy and then i stopped completely...these last 2 months istarted to watch what i eat and last week i started going for a walk or 2... but i need to be fit again..so never give up :D!!

Well, swimming is not a sport very useful to dry the body and reduce fat percent. At least, in the way that I have to train. I have been speaking about that with my trainer. For my competitions goals, the kind of training wont reduce my fat percent!. So I must control food intakes!. I am going to try to practice other sports...but I work hard, and train at pool 2 hours per day... so.. it is going to be difficult

Clean eating
Cut out the cheat meals (which are becoming more regular)
Meat and nut brekkie
Cut down on cardio
Daily yoga
Strength train 5 days a week

Jarod C 90 day before/after photo challenge Challenge

Contributorgold Jarod C Day 90--haven't felt the best for the past 3 days and the shows it. Anyway it is day 90 and here are my results.
Jan 7--158 lbs Body fat--20.1%
April 7--150 lbs Body fat--15.4%
Best thing about it is all the weight I lost was strictly fat. Lean muscle stayed the same. I am 4 lbs away from my optimal race weight...so that is my goal...lose 4 lbs of fat.
