Elmarie D Ok, I have started 2014 very badly. I exercised on and off due to: day to day responsibilities and for the first time in my life I just was not in the mood to exercise and I think this was due to boredom with my programs and the fact that I have no training partner. But it stops today.
I have to praise myself a little as well as I have stick to a healthy eating habit. I consume only 1500 calories a day. I do not look too bad fully clothed because I am tall. Wearing a swimsuit is a totally different story!!!!
So, what am I going to do differently? I discovered a lot of interesting exercise videos on you tube and I am starting with Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 days Week 1 video on Monday 5 May 2014. Jillian is one of my favourite trainers.
I have one fitness goal to achieve in the next 90 days and it is to decrease my body fat % from 25.6% to 15%.
My day 1 starts tomorrow 5 May 2014 and I will post my first picture on the 90 day before/after photo challenge. I will update my body stats weekly.
Crista A I wont be posting a photo exactly after 90 days because iv been out of Tribesports due to reasons such as doing an operation, trying to manage a deadline for my Thesis, Work etc...but From the last photo that I Posted.. I am going to post a photo from the Beginning when i took the first photo on the 7th of February compared with a recent photo of yesterday and one taken in May compared with a photo taken 6days ago...then its up to you to notice if there is any difference or no :)))!

Cut out the cheat meals (which are becoming more regular)
Meat and nut brekkie
Cut down on cardio
Strength train 5 days a week

Jarod C Day 90--haven't felt the best for the past 3 days and the shows it. Anyway it is day 90 and here are my results.
Jan 7--158 lbs Body fat--20.1%
April 7--150 lbs Body fat--15.4%
Best thing about it is all the weight I lost was strictly fat. Lean muscle stayed the same. I am 4 lbs away from my optimal race weight...so that is my goal...lose 4 lbs of fat.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
