90 second wall squat Challenge rules

  1. To perform a wall squat you need to slide down the wall and ‘sit’ with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle for 90 seconds

Louis B 90 second wall squat Challenge

Contributorgold Louis B Really hard one to do this one. Legs ached after 30 seconds. Willpower got me to 90 seconds.

It was fabulous, and it was at Kaila's suggestion, which is even better. We went at 8.30pm, there is a new room at the gym - ladies only - and we were the only ones there. They have loads of new equipment in feminine colors too, it was a real luxury!
