Here's what you might gain when holding the Plank:

90sec plank Challenge rules
- Must hold plank position correctly for 90 seconds.
- If you go out of position you must start timer again.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
