Lina V 2:02 WOO! OUCH...but WOOO! yesterday i couldnt make the 90 sec. Focus on your breathing when u feel like quitting., then push a little further.

Kabrina C Attempt #2: 70 sec plank. Guess my pushups wore me out more today than yesterday since I lost 5 secs from yesterday's attempt, grrr! I think my form was better on my pushups, though, so I'll take it. =)
